Data controller

Affiliaction SL (NIF B87074787), Avenida los Poblados s/n, 28044 Madrid (España). Contact: info@fabulandi.com.

What data we process

If you create an invitation: the party details you enter (name of the guest of honour, what you're celebrating, date, time, place, message, prize, chosen games, trivia questions and the illustrated character you pick) and, if you give it to us, your email. You don't need an account or password: you get a private admin link.

If you're a guest: the name you enter (it can be a nickname), whether you're coming, how many of you there will be, the age category (little one, kid or adult), an optional note and your game scores. We don't ask for your email, phone number or any other contact details.

The optional note may include health information, such as allergies or intolerances. You only write it if you want to, only the host can see it, and by sending it you give your explicit consent for us to process it for that purpose.

If you join the waiting list: your email, the type of party and the approximate date.

Basic technical data (IP address and browser) kept in server logs, so the service works and to prevent abuse.

Who sees what

Anyone with the invitation link can see the party details and the game leaderboard, showing each player's name or nickname and their best score. That's why we recommend using nicknames.

Only the host, using their admin link, can see the full replies: attendance, number of people, age category and notes.

Why we use it and on what legal basis

To create and display the invitation, manage replies and send you the link or notifications if you left your email. Legal basis: performance of the service you request or of pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

To collect guests' replies and show the leaderboard. Legal basis: our legitimate interest and the host's in organising the party (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and the guest's consent when sending their reply (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

To process the optional note when it contains health data. Legal basis: your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) and 9(2)(a) GDPR).

To let you know about the launch if you join the waiting list. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

To prevent abuse and keep the service secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Children

Children can play using their parent's or guardian's phone or tablet. We only ask for a name or nickname and the age category, never contact details from guests. Parents or guardians decide whether the child takes part and which name is shown; we recommend a nickname.

The host is responsible for sharing the link only with their guests.

Who we share it with

With Vercel Inc., our web hosting and storage provider (Vercel Blob), which processes data on our behalf. Data is stored in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). As Vercel is a US company, any access from outside the European Economic Area is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

With your consent, we use the Meta pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. If you accept, Meta may process data about your browsing on our site and transfer it to the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

We don't use any other analytics tools or third-party trackers. We never sell your data or pass it on to third parties for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Invitations and guest data are deleted 90 days after the party date, or earlier if the host asks us to.

Waiting list emails are kept until you unsubscribe or, at most, 12 months after launch.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@fabulandi.com. If you're a guest, you can also ask the host.

If you feel we haven't handled your rights properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or the authority in your country.
